While growing up in New York State, I always felt that there must be something better, somewhere. Over the course of living abroad for ten years I developed an appreciation for the life and people that I once knew. After returning to the U.S. a few years ago I became interested in American History, something that never interested me before this experience.
I now live again in the place where I grew up, and have been spending free time visiting historical sites in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware. I’ve been learning a tremendous amount by doing this, and have been taking some interesting photos along the way, and this blog is where I report on what’s been gained and learned from these trips.
